Jeff was referred to me by one of his clients for my business sale transaction.  I had a previous business sale attorney that i had an unpleasant experience with and was in need of an attorney that is in this business for the interest of his client.  Selling a business is one of the most stressful transactions one can do.  Jeff, from the beginning, listened to my needs, advised me accordingly throughout the entire transaction, the cost was more than fair and his response throughout was timely and efficient. I engaged Jeff to prepare a living trust, advanced care directives, etc. as I've been neglecting to do it for years.  Jeff was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with.
